I qualified as a solicitor at Denton Hall Burgin & Warrens in 1993.

I  led a team which negotiated and contracted all commissioned programmes and some of the acquired programmes and serviced several of the other departments including; IT, Marketing, Finance, HR, Engineering and  Sponsorship.

I led the team through a rapidly changing enviroment with the introduction of the Terms of Trade,  the expansion into the Multi-Channel Environment and the On-Line and VOD markets.

I have extensive experience of various forms of co-production deals and various forms of alternate financing including s481 funding, sale and leaseback funding and other tax efficient vehicles.

           ABOUT ME

I worked on complex film deals, drama co-productions and format based programmes and on joint venture initiatives.

My work included the production of feature films and the exploitation of a film library:  theatrical, non-theatrical, television, video, music, publishing and other ancillary rights.
